Be gentle, be aware, smile. Just know that everything will be fine - it's all good.
Think of things that help you to "feel" peace... the ocean, a stream, just pretend to be there for a moment or two - in your mind - close your eyes - feel it. It feels good doesn't it?
Just give yourself a few minutes of peace, start your day that way. In the morning think of something that feels peaceful to you - start your day with peace.
